The project requirement was to refurbish the existing façade and outdoor boundary walls for an existing office building.
Rather than providing generic vertical slats as shading elements,
staggered horizontal slats were arrayed to create a dynamic vertical screen in front of the existing façade with an aluminum jali backing in front of the opaque surface.The structural support system was carefully designed.
